My sister Jessica really did not want to be on these pages, but since now all her sisters and brothers are, it's time for her grand appearance. She disowned my Dad and Mom a long time ago. I think she is trying to escape her past. Of course, you don't get to choose your parents, so she is stuck with them. You do get to choose your mate, however, and she, like so many others, chose badly. Marrying young to a man from a well-to-do family in Connecticut, she has two children but is now divorced. It seems that he, too, did not care for her past or her family.

I only met Jessica once and she treated me rather shabbily. Since she is my sister, I would like to get to know her some time as well as her children, my niece and nephew. Only time will tell if that's ever going to be. In the picture below, she is the one on the far right, at our sister Jill's graduation from Medical school. The others in the picture are, from left to right, Jim, one of Dad's husbands-in-law (Mary's husband), Miranda, Dad, Dr. Jill, Jennifer the Elder, Dad's first wife Mary, and Jessica. I guess those were happier times for her.
