Casey is the first of my siblings who became an adult and left home before I can really remember him. I know, from talking with my parents, that he took care of me when I was a baby. He enlisted in the Air Force when he was eighteen. There he met and married his wife, Tricia. Since then, Casey has left the Air Force, but Tricia remains a career non-commissioned officer with an important job.

Casey was a very gifted skateboarder and generally a good athlete. Once he flipped over on the board with my sister Miranda on his shoulders and she never touched the ground!

Today he lives in south Texas with Tricia and their daughter, my niece, Shanna. I get to talk with them on the phone sometimes, but I am hoping to "meet" again soon in person.
