The "Whole-Thing"

by

David Vickers

To he who knows a penny is to a cent,
But to you, alone and without worth.
To you, money already spent
without friend to tread for on thy earth,
Holding its people together by greed.
Molding them together for their only good.
Eternal blessings out to the world should some feed,
Letting only the hungry ones eat with food.
And although my craziness seems apparent now to thee,
A looney to every one-hundred of you and of me.
