The End

by

Melinda K. Russell

What is missing from my heart is the love you gave me.
The friendship that was there for me
Now I don't have anything
Nothing to live for
Nothing to go on for
You were everything to me
And now I have nothing
This is good-bye to everyone
Hope their life can go on without me because I can't face the pain
Anymore
Just remember that I died for your love

I Am Alone

by

Melinda K. Russell

My life is being alone
No one cares about me,
So I am alone
Someone did once he is gone now
So I am alone
He was a true love but,
Now I am alone
All of my old lovers have gone now
So I am alone
I am getting old now and still
I am alone
I am dying now
I am alone

Gone

by

Melinda K. Russell

You are mine and I thought no one could take you away
But I was wrong
Someone did I don't know what to do now that you are gone
I love you with all my heart and always will
You are the love of my life
You came to me and gave me your heart
I wanted to keep it always
But you saw it in a different view
She came in your life and took your heart away from me
I know you are happy with her so I am happy
Just remember I will always love you
And will be waiting when she gives you back your heart

Missing You

by

Melinda K. Russell

I sit here all alone missing you
I think of the time we had together
I want you closer because you are too far
It hurts when I can't talk or see you anymore
I cry myself to sleep thinking about you and how I left your life
Why does it have to end like this?
All this pain, fear, and confusion
We are apart but at least we are still friends

Time

by

Melinda K. Russell

Time it ticks away your life
Seconds will go by without knowing it
Then minutes, hours, days, months, and finally years
Your life will go by before you know it
In your older years you will look back and wonder where it all went
All the years you spent with friends, family, and even your lovers
Your life will go by so fast you won't even see it go by
