The pain surges through me
Like a double-edged sword
Whispers behind my back
A cautious spoken word
Why is there so much hatred
In the world in which we live
Based on colour, sex, religion
Not on thing that people did
I know I'm not like you
But I don't really care
Why do peoples differences matter
And leave this world with a tear
My beliefs and attitudes
Have got nothing to do with you
Just stop and think about it
You have your differences too
There will someday be peace
In the world that we live in
Neither side will conquer
The Human Race will win.
