Forever My Friend

"Please dont leave me, my friend," I call.
"For our smiles will turn to tears, and our tears will fall."
When you are gone, how wish you could stay,
All of my clouds will be terribly gray.
I can reach out for you now, but soon you'll be gone,
And life without you seems awfully wrong.
What will I do when you are not there??
Who's going to hold me and treat me with care?
"Why do this to me?" with tears I say.
Then you smile at me and sat everything will be okay.
In your warm embrace, I begin to cry
How I dread the day I say goodbye.
The pain in my heart and in my soul
Is making my whole body lose control.
Now both of us crying, not wanting to let go
I take one last look in your eyes, and soon I know
That when you leave and my clear skys end,
I know in my heart you'll be forever my friend.

{This poem is dedicated to my loving friend, Nolan Smith.I want him to know
how much he means to me and all of his friends and how much we will all will miss him.
He's been one of the greatest friends anyone could ever have and he has
made a great impact on my life. We love you, Knoll.}

My Best Friend

My friend is always there for me
She helps me and takes care of me
Her smiles brighten my day
In every way
And she is my eyes when I cant see.

She can light up my world like a dove
Her grace shows as she flys above
Through smiles and tears
Joys and Fears
She's there for me, and she fills me with love.

{This one is for my best friend ( YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE )and it is also dedicated
to all of my friends who have stuck by me and guided me and
who have been a part of my life. IT means alot to me everyone! I love you
all in every way. You guys are the reason I smile every day.)

If You Only Knew

I know, my dear friend, that the pain that you feel
Sometimes seems could only happen in bad dreams, and couldnt be real,
Just hang in there, I know you can.
I'll be with you every step, just take my hand.

When you seem as if you have lost your power and will,
Just remember, I am here with you still.
It will get better, in time you'll see,
Just take my hand and walk with me.

Even if your skies are gray
I am your friend, and I am here to stay.
Just hang in there, bud, you'll make it through,
'Cause I have always known that you have it in you.

Do you have that feeling in your heart, that sometimes goes to your neck
When you want to rip it out because it hurts like heck.
Just try to stay cool, although your probably want to scream,
Its like a pcture scrolling in your head like a bad dream.

But no matter what, I'll promise you
That no matter what you are going through,
No matter how hard our lives my be,
You will always have a friend in me.

I wish you knew how much I care,
and how much I want you to know that I will always be there,
I wish you knew how bad I feel too,
And I wish you knew how much I love you.

Our Friendship

From the soil in the ground to the clouds in the sky,
I will try not to let a tear fall from your eye,
But if you feel hurt and need to cry,
I will be here to always comfort you and that is no lie.
I know how hard life can be,
With hurt, pain, and sorrow stinging like a bee,
But I know you are strong, and you can win this fight,
I will be here to make sure everything is allright.
Just hang in there, soon you will see
That God gives us these lessons to test you and me
He wants to see us overcome pain,
Because he knows that love is what you gain.
I know it may not mean much coming from me,
But you are such a great person, I wish you could see
I envy the way you can keep so strong,
and hold a great friendship for so long.
I hope our friendship stays so meaningful and sweet,
because having you as my friend is such a great treat.
I want it to last, so I can give back to you
that wonderful friendship that you give me too.
With all my heart, I mean what I say,
That because of you, today has been a great day.
And not just today, but for as long as you've been my friend,
and I hope that happiness we share lasts till the end.

What I Couldn't Tell You

From the first glance in your eyes
To the first smile on your face
I knew right away that you were special
As I felt my heart race

The first word out of your mouth
And the first touch of your hand
I dont need a mirror on the wall
My heart says you're the best in the land

For the first time I see it in our eyes
And feel it in my heart
But there's only one thing
Keeping us apart

You don't know how I feel
Oh, how badly I wish you knew
Because maybe if you did
You might feel the same way too

But I am SO scared to tell you
Afraid of what you might say or do
I've been hurt too many times
By the phrase "I dont love you"

Well, maybe we should just be friends
Although I know one day
I am really going to regret
Not saying what I had to say

I wish you could see the way I look at you
And the way you make me smile, too
I wish I had enough courage to say
How much I am in love with you

Do You Know How Much I Love You?

If something were to happen to me tonight,
If I die before the sunrise,
I would want you to think that everything's all right
Even though this may seem like a surprise.

Will you know how much I love you
How much I really care
Will you know in your heart like I do
that I will always be there?

Even if I am in Heaven
Which seems so far away
I'm always going to be with you, so keep me in your heart
Because that's where I am going to stay

But if this were to happen
I dont wand you to cry
But I do have a few request
before I die

I have alot of dreams
But some are hard to fufill
Could you please fufill them for me
It would mean alot to me if you will

I dont want people crying at my funeral
I want them to remember the good times, too
I want them all to be happy
Just as happy as I was when I met you

I wish you knew how much I care
And that I am here for you too
I want you to know that no matter what happens
I will always love you

Living Through It All

Life is full of joy
Happiness and love
Sweet kisses and soft hugs
and Angels from above

>From your first love you your one and only
And the phrase "you may kiss the bride"
Followed by wonderful peace
And the lovelyness you feel inside

But Life takes a turn
Which can be full of pain and sorrow
The same things that made you happy today
Could make you angry tommorow

Somedays you feel like you are gliding on air
Somedays you feel you are falling through a hole
You go from getting your finger hurt
To hurting your ego and soul

But in order to fully live your life
You must remember this
You have to live through the good and the bad
To really experience true bliss

Whats the use in living life
With no challenges at all?
Never learning how to pick yourself up
After every time you fall

You have to live though the pain
And know what it feels like to cry
Or else you wont get to the fun things in life
And you will never understand why

But even if your wings are broken
You can still fly as gracefully as a dove
Just try your best to keep your chin up
And fill your heart with love.
