Everyone ask's how I am since you went away
I'm fine, I'm not, I'm cold, I'm hot
what am I supposed to say?

Everybody ask's me, "where was the mistake?"
We grew apart, he broke my heart
what difference does it make.

Everybody ask's me how I fill my time
"I drink", I say "and if you'll pay,
I take my gin with lime."
