Last Breath...

The snow is melting all around
all you can hear is a whispering sound

All of life's hope has faded away
for his life was taken on this very day

When God reached down his gentle hand
to complete the last piece of the puzzle he planned

Remember, this is the way God wants it to be
forever he will be Blessed with God's Serenity

So as he takes his very last breath
we must let go of the life he has left

His life was such a gift he gave from his heart
always inside you he will be a part

So when the time comes to say goodbye
no - don't shed tears - don't question why

Only remember him with smiles - remember him with love
treasure all the moments your life together was filled of...

The Gift of Your Smile...

You smile and I feel a warmth inside of me
and it's nothing like I've ever felt before
oh and how it frightens me so
because I just want more and more...

You embrace my thoughts
your eyes gaze tenderly into mine
I can feel your spirit surrounding my heart
your thoughts are with me all the time...

Your smile is a special Gift
send from the heavens above
to embrace my heart with sunshine
and fill my world with love...

Tomorrow's A Brand New Day...

Sometimes it's hard to accept
the many disappointments in life we face
But we have to believe there's some reason
and hold onto God Good Grace...

For what seems to be so unfair
and so difficult for us to understand
is just a small piece of the puzzle
of our life that God has planned...

And as each door will close
they say a window will open its eyes
and life will bring about changes
and each new day a Surprise!

So believe in all of God's love
and know it surrounds you every day
With courage and strength you will make it through
for tomorrow's a Brand New Day...

My Wish...

I have a wish
that I wish each night
It never comes true
but someday it might...

If I try real hard
and do more each day
Will God hear me then
each night when I pray

If I close my eyes
will God be there?
God are you listening
do you hear my prayer?

Oh God I ask you
will my wish come true
what more is it
that I have to do?

And just when I think
God has passed me by
He wipes the teardrop
from my eye...

And I awaken to feel
another beautiful day
God blessed me again
and that's why I pray...

And what is the wish
I'll never say
And what does it matter---
anyway....
