A tear rolled down her cheek,
and landed on her lips.
He reached out and wiped it away
with his gentle fingertips.

She was red from crying, and very upset.
He held her in his arms making sure
she wouldn't do something she would regret.

He lend her his ear and said I'm here to listen.
So please, speak up and let me know what your
lonely heart is missing.
