FEATHERS IN THE WIND

by

Melissa

Throughout my life im blown from place to place
Each time I land I leave part of my feather there
The more I land the less I have
No one notices how my feather looks each time I land
As time passes the less of a feather I am
Until one day I am not a feather any longer
I am a skeleton of a feather blowing in the wind
No one notices me then
