The Truth

Through it all I’ve fought the fight reaching out to your light
though it seemed sometimes a dream I know that now it was right.
Hope filled tears killed the fear while peace came flooding in
my life renewed because of you as you washed away my sin.
Words of lies tried to hypnotize and defuse the truth
but the fire burned on from God his Son with love he induced.
The dragon’s tail across the night stretches strait to hell
deceiving those of long ago the sons of God he caused to fail.
Now the the story flows a crimson glow his love now revealed
to all mankind oh! so blind to the cross now we are healed.
Salvation rings of glorious things Lord of Lords, King of Kings

to earth return now come soon the heavens I hear them sing.
