Tora, Bora, Wara

by

Bill Keough

Tora, Bora, wara,
Osama's gonna die,
Tora, Bora, wara,
It's called an eye for an eye.

Ah, Tora, Bora, wara,
Bid bin Laden goodbye,
Tora, Bora, wara,
It's an Afghan lullaby.

Visiting Ground Zero, many days ago
Mayor Rudy sang this song to me in tones so sweet and low.
Just a simple little ditty, for the good old U.S.A.
And I'd give the world to hear him sing that song again today.

Tora, Bora, wara,
Osama's gonna die,
Tora, Bora, wara,
It's called an eye for an eye.

Ah, Tora, Bora, wara,
Bid bin Laden goodbye,
Tora, Bora, wara,
It's an Afghan lullaby.
