Ears of life that hear my whispers
do not reveal my thoughts.
Keep the secrets that I have
on your tounge in knots.

Be selfish with the words you hear
even when I pray.
Remember to you it doesn't matter
what I do or say.

Sometimes when I can't sleep I walk
for the most part filled with fear.
Knowing that my distance is great
how much can I bare.

You hear my thoughts and feel my pain
yet never left my side.
So tell me concience, reveal to me
why is it that I hide?
