I lost my tooth

by

Alexandra Hess

I lost a tooth it left a space,
so big my tongue can touch my face.

I miss my tooth as you may guess,
but then I have to brush one less.

Five Black Horses

by

Alexandra Hess

Five black horses looking as dark as night,
Galloping towards me in a shock of fright.

I get up and stand in front of them and yell "stop",
but they don't and I hear them still galloping "clop", "clop", "clop".

I woke up all sweaty and wet,
I felt relieved and also upset.

It was because I didn't get to finish my dream,
WHat made the horse scared like they were ready to scream.
