Lost

by

Carrie Gallaher

The streets are stained with blood from the past
Your hands are stained as well
Torn between waht's real and what's not
torn between truth and lies- the the moon's pale light, i cry.
Why did you leave me here to suffer alone
You said you'd meet me in the fall-when the Autumn leaves sail to the ground
Instead I search through the dark perhaps looking for a light that will not show
Can I wake up from this bitter dream I seem to be lost in
And if it really is a dream, will you lie beside me or will you leave me, once again...

Night Over Day

by

Carrie Gallaher

An unwanted kiss,
A calming feeling,
A song without a tune.
A forgotten bliss,
A worthless being,
The sun that blocks the moon.
A love of hate
A life of death
A wilting rose bouqet
A fortold fate
A frozen breath
The night that follows day

from here on(up?) poetry doesnt suck.

itís beautiful. "youíre beautiful." She said so she kissed him and they fell.
She fell.
Kiss. Fuck fall. Fucked and fall.
God, he was(is)everything.
He shook her and she fell.
He kisses her. He shakes her. Save me.
