Sometimes.

by

Mark Fern

sometimes i sit and wonder what its all about,
whats gods great plan for the human race?
all we see is death and destruction,
environmental rape and corruption
people killing their neighbor over religious diversion
we all worship one god but he wears many faces
sits and atones over different creeds and races
an eye for an eye,a tooth for a tooth,
walk around blind and starved of the truth.
Muslim and Croatian,islam and Sikh
catholic and prodistant laying dead in the street
white taunting black,black taunting white
afraid of each other afraid to unite
muggings and murders rapes and assaults
a violent society who prays on the scared
a uncaring society who cares?...
