Summers Eve

I told you I never wanted to see you again,
Of course, I lied.

I told you never to call me again,
Of course I lied.

I told you I know longer cared,
Of course, I lied.

I told you never to write me again,
Of course, I lied.

I told you I didnít love you any more,
Of course, I lied.

Who am I trying to convince and deceive,
You... or myself?

My Muse

Summers Eve

Writers tell me all the time about
their writerís block, never had such a thing.
How could I when all I have to do
is dream about you, think about you
and the words suddenly appear in my head
so that when I wake in the morning
I can transfer these magical words
on paper that is just waiting for them
so that your eyes can read what
I have created for my muse
and see how much you are loved.
The keyboard canít wait for me to
touch it with these hands that pen these
words of love just for...You.
