Jayshree - my mother

by

Dreamsurreal

mom decided to move on

gracefully, with dignity
in the company of the man she truly loved...

i will miss your physical touch, mom
but, i feel safer, stronger, clearer

you are close, so close to me

hold my hand as i carry on as a mother
he is an angel; but you know that already

keep him safe in your shadow of light
he will see you in the stars and the rainbow

make him strong and dignified and loving just like you

thank you for bringing me into this world mom cos i was able to create him
my angel boy

fragile she was, yet so strong
and LOVE....we know nothing about how to love
we know nothing about unconditional love

but, i am lucky
cos i think i know...

love like how my mother did -
that is what loving is
