Love

by

Jewel DiCaprio

Love is a feeling unknown to man,
It can sprout wings and fly again and again.
Love is not planned or plotted like a play,
Instead it is molded in shapes like clay.

Who knows when love will strike,
It could be during the day, or even at midnight.

Love is a feeling unknown to man.
I can sprout wings and fly again and again.
Love is not planned or plotted like a play,
Instead it is molded into shapes like clay.

Another Romeo and Juliet
When people are with them they're surrounded by love,
Love that was sent to them by a dove.
A love that's so strong nothing can go wrong.
Sparks fly when they're together,
They float like a feather
On a cloud of love.

Life

by

Jewel DiCaprio

I can't blame the rain for all my pain,
I can't blame the boy for ruining my joy,
I can't blame the woman for ruining my life,
Even though she would make a wonderful wife.

But I can thank one boy for bringing back my joy,
And I can thank the sun for bringing back my fun.
Does anybody hear me?
Does anybody hear me?
'Cause I don't.
