Once Upon A Daydream

by

Emma Deabill

Once upon a daydream,
I wished upon a star,
That one day you would hold the key,
To the padlock on my heart,

Then one day my wish came true,
You walked through my front door,
With eyes so blue you smiled at me,
And made me love you more,

But now you've gone and left me,
My dream did not come true,
I cry each night dispite myself,
Cause all I want is you
