My secret wish

by

Angelos Cosgrove

I had a secret wish tonight that she would finally call.
She doesn’t seem to care.
I imagine she is at the café having coffee with her friends, having a good time.
She doesn’t seem to care.
I had a secret wish tonight, I hopped she would care.
She doesn’t seem to care.
Last night she said good-bye, she said she was all right.
She doesn’t seem to care.
In my thought’s I say no more, be strong because
She doesn’t seem to care.
Probably know she’s down town, at a club or another house.
She doesn’t seem to care.
