Yesterday and Today

by

Cazzie Cool

Yesterday there was two mighty wars that lasted years and years. Today a war has struck again and most people have many fears. Fears of loved ones not coming back or fears of them being hurt.
I know some people that are so down inside, they’d rather be turned into dirt.

Most people feel that everything is wrong, most of
them try to hide, but what you can tell is they long the ones they have lost inside.

When the war’s all over, the people will be filled with joy, joy that is from their loved ones coming back. So when you read this poem, tomorrow or today, just think about the soldiers who died for you yesterday.
