My Last Goodbye

by

Michael Clyde

Life is too sweet to be spent on bitter hatered
Not worth the pain it causes, nor the sorrow
Joy blinded by dispairs lament
Embalmed in the meloncholy fluids of depression
A zombie at my wake
Purpose drowned in bloody tears
Tourmented by emotions haunting the mind
Screaming through eternal wounds
The final words I utter before I die
Is this, my last goodbye
