Sadly was hows she....

by

Karmilla Chenia

Sadly, was how she walked
Sadly, was how she talked
Sadly, was how she mumbled
Sadly, was how she crumbled
Sadly, no one knew
What she was going through
Sadly, no one cared
About the girl who bared
The harsh times
Where nothing rhymes
Sadly, was how she cried
Sadly,was the way she died

Happily she skipped,
until she slipped,
Gladly she ate,
until her very big date
slowly she cried,
the next day she died

Sadly she cried,
sadly the waves died,
happily the couple skipped
until their daughter slipped.
some might say
happiness is only a tear drop away!

If God only knew
what i was going through
if god, like i, liked pie
would i not die

sadly i saw her walk
sadly how she wouldn't talk
sadly,was how she mumbled
sadly, was how she crumbled
sadly, no one knew
what she was going through
sadly, no one cared
about the girl who bared
the harsh times
where nothing rhymes
sadly, was how she cried
sadly, was the way her dad had died
some would say
happiness is only a tear drop away
but those who did, were wrong
as we learnt from her very last song
