This is our day

by

I know of a place so fine, cozy, warm and nice while your body is laying next to mine and I call it paradise.
I love listening to your soft smooth voice while your whispering in my ear, by a man who I so love as you gently hold me near.
As we're walking down the isle hand in hand to join in Holy matrimony before God woman and man.
There is no greater love in this world for me and
you say that in this life there is no one else you need.
Love is the greatest emotion known to man,I can't fight back the tears and now I understand.
You were made for me and now I completely know, as we stand together on this day and you read to me your vow.
You will honor and cherish until death we do part and the vow which you have read I hold close to my heart.
On this day we do vow to stay together and I'll be holding your love in my heart and soul forever.
For yesterday, today, and tomorrow we will know,
that for a lifetime of love and happiness we must go,
to the ends of time holding each other.
Until we meet our Saviour and this life we have shared on this earth is over.

The other day the Lord opened my eyes and sent an angel in disguise as a powerful presence in my life so inquisitive and full of light. He lead me to understand that the selfishness in my life no longer had a place. And I'm reminded of this every time I look into my angels' face. Now the world is just not so serious to me. I smile a lot easier and feel a little more free. More free to let my problems go. More free to let love instead of anger show. Standing here today is a triumph for me because I think about where I've been and it reminds me of just where I could be. The Lord knows what we go through each and every day all He asks is that you believe and trust in Him, not half but all the way. And for every single ounce of pain I've felt I THANK GOD. For every question I had that wasn't answered in my time I THANK GOD. For the many times I turned my back on Him and He never turned his back on me, I THANK GOD. For the times I refused to open my eyes and He opened them for me, I THANK GOD.
THANK GOD for every tear I cry.
THANK GOD for answering my questions why.
THANK GOD for giving me another chance to say all that I did not say before. OH, THANK GOD when He closed, He also opened another door.
I THANK YOU GOD FOR THE LIFE YOU'VE ALLOWED ME TO LIVE AND I PRAY LORD THAT I'LL LEARN TO LIVE, LOVE, AND GIVE LIKE YOU GIVE, THANK GOD...YES INDEED THANK GOD!
