True Emotions

by

Angela

I might appear to be happy
I might appear to be sad
My face expression is just a cover up
To what I have inside

I feel trapped in a room
I talk and no one listens
I hear what I say
The words come out a blur

I feel no one can see my real feelings
Even I canít tell
When I look in the mirror
I see a blank face

True emotions canít be told
Canít be felt
Not even words to describe
Itís what you feel inside

Itís what canít be told
And is invisible to the eye
You have your own feelings
