Adam and Eve

by

Ali Albulmuti

Suffocated cries into my congested throat
With calls for the knights to set me free
But the voice of the yelling winds
Louder than the beats of the wounded heart
And stronger than me

Since the first bow before the throne
For the princess of the darkness sea
Lost pride_and you still down on your knees
The cruelty under the tears she sheds
Disgracefully you feel before her loft
With only heels you see

Nightmares of love used to be dreams
And the love stories were lies as it seems
And cold faked words we used to say
Before the reflected idol of she
Is this the love Id die for?
No...It can't be_

Strange nature, form a curved bone
From his own arm, and the same blood
From Adam, Eve was born
She gave him love, she gave him home
And she gave him a fruit to fall him down

Her desire inside us slowly grown
Like seeds in a dry ground
Only water gives life, not by its own
She is desired, weak, and she is strong
She is our prayers, our rites, and our favorite song
She is the most wanted lovable death we all long for

Nightmares of love used to be dreams
And the love stories were lies as it seems
And cold faked words we used to say
Before the reflected idol of she
Is this the love Id die for?
No...It can't be_
