On October 11th, ABC's Nightline released a poll of current voter support for the long list of potential Reform Party candidates. The results were:
Perot 19%
Winfrey 18%
Buchanan 15%
Ventura 15%
Trump 11%
Beatty 8%
Weicker 5%
Not bad for a non-candidate!

This site is a gathering place for all those who feel that Oprah Winfrey would not only be a good candidate for president of the United States of America, but that she can WIN! Want to end the squabbling and bickering in the Reform Party between the Perotistas and Venturites concerning whether Donald Trump or Patrick Buchanan is the best candidate for the Reform Party?

As the new millennium approaches, the American people are sick and tired of the same old same-old. Lies, evasions and corruption permeate the political landscape. The era when lawyers dominated politics is over. The citizens of the State of Minnesota showed a new way when they elected Jesse Ventura governor as a candidate of the Reform Party. They demonstrated that not only can ordinary citizens become elected officals, but that they can govern as well.

Because of the efforts of Ross Perot in previous elections, the Reform Party is eligible to be on the ballot in all fifty states (although much work remains to be done to assure this) and has a $12,500,000 pool of public funds to use in electing the presidential ticket, whoever they might be.

Oprah Winfrey is famous, scrupulously honest, immensely popular and wealthy in her own right. While she has scant experience in politics, this is hardly a handicap in a world where most people have become disillusioned with "conventional" politics. She knows how to run a large and complex organization...like the one she has put together for her talk show. Furthermore, she has the additional advantage of being the first woman, non-white, non-politican to not only seek this high office, but who also has a creditable chance of succeeding.

If you agree with this estimate, join the growing ranks of citizen supporters of this estimable lady. Go to our online form and sign up NOW! Even if you are not entirely convinced she can win, signing up now will assure you of keeping in touch with our progress, as we will email you a regular newletter update.
