Personal Watercraft should be operated under the same laws and restrictions that all other boats and watercraft operate under in the State of Minnesota. Manufacturers are already responding to noise complaints by designing and building new personal watercraft that operate with just 50% of the noise levels of current craft. Market pressure is showing that changes can and are being made without the need for legislative action and additional governmental intrusion into peoples lives through new regulations.
Stadium Funding
A new baseball stadium should not be funded with public taxpayer money. When owners and players are making millions, the stadium should and can be built with private money.
