The Web Poetry Corner - Wesley A. Storer - Lover may my wish for you be so
Lover may my wish for you be so
by
Wesley A. Storer
Trumpet Bells
There comes a time when love must rest
We sense it in our being
When all are one and one is all
That peace of love supreme
This place where love must go
That gives our hope its glow
We feel we have always known
That place where no tears flow
Into lifes chaos we are thrown
To help lost souls feel less alone
Making our comings and goings
Well worth the going home
Happy are those who somehow know
That jubilant rejuvenation
When love finds its joy composed
In unknowable night of homes repose
(Only God knows--------Trust Christ)
