The Web Poetry Corner - Travis Ray Cole - YOU and ME

YOU and ME

by

Travis Ray Cole

I watch violins bleed
I chew threw the rings you show me
fine jewlery jealosy
I drink your dirty bath water
stare at the arched curve of your feet
I hear the drums and steal from your wasted dream
I steal from your wasted dream
I see there is tomorrow in the darkness
and death is so far away from me
