Love

Love, what is love
Is it the feelings in your head,
Is it the person in your bed,
This thing it cannot be defined,
That is the reason in my rhyme
Is it there to guide our path
To make us smile, to make us laugh
Is it there when we’re sad and cry
Is it there even when we die?
It is one of those things you see
That’s one of life’s great mystery’s
So have I stumbled across the conclusion
That love is just a strange illusion
Designed in some peoples heads
As not to feel alone instead
They created what we’ve come to know
As love, "you see its what we show"
They do not see the truth behind
For if they looked then they would find
The answer is there it wants to be found
For it will be buried in the ground
Now its as clear as it will ever be
And know one knows except for me
What it is will become clear
So come a bit closer and listen here
You will only ever have one love
The answer I mentioned up above
So make the best of it while it lasts
And when you take those last few gasps
You as I will have to realize
that love is just life in disguise.
