The Web Poetry Corner - T. J. Daniels - WHAT I REALLY MISS
WHAT I REALLY MISS
by
T. J. Daniels
I met the most beautiful lady
that I've ever seen
a lifetime ago.
She has been the inspiration
for many of my words.
I've never experienced feelings
as strong as this...
Even though
we were never intimate
only hugged once
and never kissed.
I don't need to be intimate
don't even need a kiss.
Just to hold her in my arms
is what I really miss.
