A DIFFERENT SIGHT

Her memory will live on forever
or until I die

whichever comes first.

The longer I live
the more beautiful she becomes.

Is that because we remember memories
more vividly than reality?

You would think that with age
memories would fade.

My eyes may dim
but my heart sees
with a different sight.
