The Web Poetry Corner - Summer Of Leaf - Sinking to Fire

Sinking to Fire

by

Summer Of Leaf

Tangled puppets, here we lie
Bound and broken wings don't fly
Tremulous in silver, bold in white
Strung out on day, choking on night
Yes, the sky is falling
Right on your clueless head
Listen to the truth thats calling
And bury all your dead
Yes, the sun is falling
Your God is a theif and a liar
You missed the truth that was calling
And now you're sinking to fire
