Rhythm and rhyme to express your views,
like minstrels of old,once spread the news,
purvey to us things in humorous quip,
often mistaken to be gibberish lip.

A modern song in monologue prose,
this is called rap,amoung the bros,
sounds like nonsense,hard to make sense,
like things found,on the wall of the gents.

Off the cuff remarks,spontaneous rapport,
quick witty ditty,when a comic has the floor,
full of funny stories,designed to make you laugh,
stand up comedy,is a clever mental craft.
