Jesus Is The Reason

I listen to carolers sing Christmas songs,
annoucing the birth of our Lord Jesus.
Ah Yes! Jesus is born! I can't help but sing along,
making my voice heard loud and clear!

Outside my window the snow is glistening,
covering roof tops, trees and on the grounds.
Hey people! Come on! Are you listening,
as the sounds of Christmas comes alive?

Lights twinkling, ah what a beautiful sight!
Just to see them warms my heart and soul,
and reminds me that Jesus is the light,
and know Jesus is the reason for the season.

I hear the bells outside lodly ringing.
Everyone rushing from shop to shop.
Ah! What a beautiful feeling it's bringing,
to see the signs of Christmas all around me.

Oh what a blessing I feel, what pleasure,
I feel in rejoicing in the birth of our Lord.
Peaceful and joyful, oh what a treasure!
Tis' the season and Jesus is the reason!

As this Christmas season arrives I hope you all will remember why we have Christmas and what the true meaning of Christmas stands for. May all have a blessed Christmas and a blessed New Year.
