I'll Never Walk Alone

Feeling sad and broken hearted,
and feeling very betrayed,
and I seek to find the reason in,
mistakes that I've made.

My world seems to topple over,
as I watch the pieces fly,
and I feel helpless to prevent it,
no matter how much I cry.

I could never have strength,
enough to stand it alone,
and everything I have today,
tomorrow could be all gone.

So you see, no matter what,
I take care of what I'm about,
'cause nothing ever comes,
by shutting Jesus out.

I have to learn from failure,
to rise each time I fall.
This is the only way life,
makes sense to me at all.

It takes alot of straining,
to walk that extra mile,
but it's not free, I have to work,
for that one thing worthwhile.

So I can't weep for yesterdays,
that I can never again recall,
and I know within my heart the Lord,
Is with me through it all.
