I once wished for a fairy tale life
To find a prince who would take me away
To find a person who would love me above all else
I felt that I would spend my life looking for this dream
And then I found you
I’m not sure what caught my eyes first
Your eyes or that smile you always have ready for me
I feared by loving you I would lose myself
Who I am
Instead I found myself
I became complete
With your love I found the acceptance I have always hoped for
You helped me find my happy ending
To a story I never realized I started
