Lost Without You

by

Sekhem Psikor Strecker

Don't rule my life like you own
Every little piece that I call my home
I can't escape your screaming
And your lowered tone
I'm tired of you singing your little song

I'm lost without you here
I'm drowning in my own blood
You don't seem to notice how
I'm drowning in the sound

How many times must I go on my own
Shivering in ice that leaks to my bones
I'm tired of your snatching
My soul is my own
I don't understand why
You can't leave me alone

I'm lost without you here
I'm drowning in my own blood
You don't seem to notice how
I'm drowning in the sound
I'm lost without you here
I'm singing a voiceless song
You don't seem to notice how
You cannot hear the sound

Don't rule my life like you own
Every piece
And every whole
