The Web Poetry Corner - Satish Kakri - Noise

Noise

by

Satish Kakri

Noisy streets
Noise on the road.
Rushing vehicles
Carrying their loads.

All these noises are
But a small inkling of the one
Big noise making the mind run
Right and left; near and far
Continuously disturbing your peace,
Scratching a scar
Leaving senses, intellect at war.

Back to the nature sit, close to the sea.
Experience the silence in
Sound of waves;
And, set you mind free.
