Passing is such sorrow from the loved ones we have known
I'll spare a thought for all of you in saddened times...alone
Remember we can all be there, or never far away
Safely in the knowledge that there'll be a brighter day
They say time is a healer and I pray that this is so
Just keep the memory of them, wherever you may go
Reflect on all the good times, the laughter and the tears
Especially the laughter...take it with you through the years
For one day you might understand the reason and the rhyme
As you will surely meet them, in another place in time
