The Web Poetry Corner - Roy Wayne Crouch - Gods Gift of Love

Gods Gift of Love

by

Roy Wayne Crouch

If we would look
Through our spirits eye
We would hear Gods man
Who hearts do cry

For man walks this world
To a love so vain
Yet God know the hurt
And feels the pain

The strips were many
For all to see
The pain he bore
For you and me

Now with our mouths
We confess our sins
And with his love
Our hearts do mend

Now we have found
This love that is true
Jesus bore all that hurt
This gift of love for me and you

NEXT?
Why don't you look at I NAME THIS CHILD
