Wished for love to come my way,
Always knew just what to say,
Yet then I found I had no sound,
To utter or to work around,
In order that I might describe,
The joy that was your loving vibe.
You came to me when I was low,
And needed so much more to grow
Into what I knew I could be,
One day would be, certainly should be.
I watched you dress in Summer whites,
Our passionate days and love-drenched nights
Were all I ever wanted.

Stay with me for I love you,
And I will be forever near,
Through Winter's sting and skies of blue,
There is not anything to fear,
So stay with me, my mind is clear.
