Where Are the Champions?

Politicians are champions in wasting
people's money in backward countries.
People are masters in prolonging their rules.
Society - the employer - must tell "thank you",
when administrator is lazy, talkative and malicious.
Its money is going away.

Every regular administrator knows
that he is an employee, not a ruler.
Rulers in backward countries are unemployed,
when their employers become insufferable.

There are no rulers in regular countries.
There are a lot of bureaucracy champions.
