Estonia intends to put electronic voting system
into effect
with the help
of internet.
According to National Election Committee chief,
e-lection could already take place in 2005.
Part of electors
would be registered as voting electronically.
They would cast their votes
from home
computer, with digital signature.

It wouldn’t cut out traditional voting.
E-lectors would participate earlier
in additional polling
for these
who can’t vote for different reasons
on main
election day.

Estonian government
stopped to use paper documents
during its meetings in 2000
and introduced
system based on electronic network.
Estonian ministers don’t carry ‘waste paper’,
.............................................their boardroom
is only equipped with flat
monitors
and keyboards.

During current european referendum
files of ministry of foreign affairs press centre
have a logo
in the shape of circle.
However there are no eagle, lion or griffin inside...
