To Live the Vow Together - No Matter What!
by
Philip Claude Andermann
We become as individually inviolable and united
As a diamond formed of the embrace of pressures
[a net of inter-reflecting inter-containing diamonds]
When we purely cherish
The transience of our interdependence:
The vibration of each transient chord of the web of life, each
The utter indebtedness of our conception and sustenance
To the life and death of each mote, each tear, each smile;
For only through a sense of gratitude does life make sense:
That we shall repay all our debts
With treasures of the heart,
Deeds like humble motes offered accumulated to mountains
Within that transformed erupt from the depths of the earth
To transform the globe
[Of the seeming void cosmos of vast pressures,
That we shall live on through the scattered constellations]
Always embracing more strongly the imagination and reality
Of the constancy of flux,
Of the eternal vibration of each transient chord of the web of life and death
Finding itself
Reflected in each other:
Vibration of a symphony eternal
By each become Mozart
Transcending oneself
In gratitude of embraces irrepressibly born again and again
Seeking World Peace.
