I Care
by
Philip Claude Andermann
The most infinite beauty appears
after the most infinite torment and loss,
when words and all have fled one,
when one thus sees hit by lightning the only alternative to world peace,
when one's only pleasure is world peace:
one toils utterly unobserved,
and finally infinitely expresses
with the infinite genius of the heart
the RIGHT few joyous words
to vibrate unabated outward
everywhere to dialogue of actual world peace.
