PRAYER
We do not normally understand
the extreme struggles and depth
and profoundest heights of each other.
We almost all are sensitive.
Let us seek to become sensitive
to others' sensitivities,
else in the end we're all hurt.
We can can resolve, and grow
from, all these problems
through self-reflection.
The light for this and for our resolution
grows irresistibly from continuous appreciation
through our Buddhist practice.
We can gain such self-empowerment
with our Mentor.
This is what I learned,
the long hard way.
