Pierced Man
by
Philip Claude Andermann
When I touched her face
Her skin was soft as water's
Mirroring the bruise of a thousand living tattoos
Of being touched,
Heart rippled through into a thousand dancing suns
And simply passed through.
We floated in the peace
Till the sun rose
And she smiled at the quiet night.
